How to make a request

You can make a rights request by contacting privacy@subathonos.co.uk. Tell us what right you want to exercise, how we can contact you, and enough information to help us identify the relevant SubathonOS account or interaction.

You can also sign in with Twitch to use the tracked in-product request workflow. We will not require you to create a new account solely to exercise a data right.

What happens

We record and assess the request, verify identity only where reasonably necessary, and respond without undue delay. Subject access requests are normally due within one month, subject to the limited extensions and clock-stopping rules allowed by law.

Deletion and objection rights are not absolute. Where information must be retained for legal, security, dispute or audit reasons, we will explain the position rather than silently treating the request as completed.

Requests can be made in writing or verbally. The form is provided for convenience, not as the only valid way to exercise a right.

Your rights at a glance

Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

Erasure: ask us to delete personal information where the legal conditions are met.

Portability: receive qualifying information you provided in a reusable format where the right applies.
